Pilates in small groups of three
TRIO PILATES
Why small groups of three?
Because the group stays small, there's room to guide each person individually - a different cue for one, more support or a greater challenge for another - all while keeping the rhythm of the group.
In a trio everyone is visible, part of the conversation, and part of the work. Learning alongside others offers something valuable: sometimes another person's question, image, or experience helps us understand our own body in a new way.
That’s why at Pilates Incorporated we find that practising Pilates in a small group of three has its distinct benefits.
CONTINUITY OF PRACTISE
Why progress comes from continuity?
Regular attendance allows themes, movement skills, and exercises to build upon one another over time.
Each class follows a movement theme - balance and gait one week; rotation, shoulder organisation, or breath and movement another - but the work is always whole-body.
As familiarity grows, exercises become easier to access, movement options expand, and the practice gradually begins to feel more intuitive and personal.
One teacher. One space. Max 3 participants.
Pilates groups of max 3 participants allow the work to remain focused, responsive, and uninterrupted.
