Physical therapy or rehabilitation room with wooden equipment including a balance board, foam blocks, and a sloped platform, a skeleton model, a potted plant, and framed anatomy posters on the wall.

We use the practice of Pilates to build a connection between you and your body, to align the physical, mental and emotional aspects of yourself. You will leave with more strength, mobility and balance.
